Skilled Maintenance Technician

Walker Property Management is looking for reliable, Full and Part Time Skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team!

On-Site training offered to the right candidates. Positions available Immediately. $27-$37/Hour for Skilled Maintenance. Wage tiers based both on skill and experience. Our Skilled Maintenance Crew is responsible for doing repairs and renovations on apartments and homes, snow removal and being a part of the on-call rotation. Experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are a plus.

General Maintenance Technician

Walker Property Management is looking for reliable, Full and Part Time General Maintenance Laborers to join our team! On-Site training offered to the right candidates. Positions available immediately. $16–$19/hour for General Maintenance. Wage tiers are based on skill and experience. Our General Maintenance Team is responsible for minor repairs, apartment haul offs/clean outs, appliance delivery, flooring removal, painting, some mowing, trimming and general upkeep of property grounds.
